About Ar. Anil Nimesh

Ar. Anil Nimesh is the 'Principal Architect' & 'Head' of 'GeoModeling & Space Design Division' of D-cad. He is also Google Auth. Trainer in India.

He born in 1974 in the valley of Dehradun (State of Uttrakhand), India.

He had completed his School Academics from Kendriya Vidhyalaya Andrews Ganj, Delhi.

He graduated (B-Arch) in 1997 from School of Planning & Architecture, Delhi  and then completed his Post Graduation (M. Plan with specialisation in Housing) in 1999 from School of Planning & Architecture, Delhi.

During his Academics he won first (1st) prize in an Urban Design - Design Idea competition in 1996 for a live project of Community Centre, Sector - 7, Rohini, Delhi organised by Delhi Development Authority.

His first job was for an Industrial Park (around 6 sq. km. land area) at Narela, Delhi to shift Polluting Industrial Units of Delhi. In this project, he worked under the guidance of Sh. G.D. Mathur (Rtd. Commissioner of DDA) in a City Planning Organisation called M/s Redecon. In this project, M/s Redecon was one of the main consultant of DSIDC (the Client) among other consultants namely as M/s Rites, M/s Tetratech & M/s Architectural Bureau etc.

On the completion of his 1st Job, he then worked as an Architect in M/s Kothari & Associates (Delhi) working on a Township Project named as Grasim Township at Reddipalayam, Ariyalur District, Tamil Nadu.

Later, he joined M/s Rajinder Kumar & Associates as a Sr. Architect and worked & completed following major projects:

1. National Highway Authority of India, Dwarka, Delhi
2. NCHMCT Institute, Sector-60, Noida.
3. Internation School for Alhcon Group, Gurgaon
4. Bansal's Residence, Shantiniketan, Delhi
5. Student Centre, Delhi University.
6. Sai-Kripa Orphanage House, Noida

Then afterwards, in year 2003 he had started his independent practice in Delhi and completed following projects:

1. Office for NMG, Saket, Delhi
2. Office for Enablizer, SDA, Delhi 
3. Office for Inventum, SDA, Delhi
4. Office for Wings Customer Care, Kailash Colony, Delhi
5. Office for Globus Infocom (P) Ltd., SDA, Delhi
6. Office for Spice Call Centre, Sector - 65, NOIDA
7. Office for Sindhi Academy, Kashmere Gate, Delhi
8. Office for Smart Chip, Sector - 60, NOIDA
9. Office for NHK, Japan at Le Meridien Hotel, Delhi
10. Retail Outlet for HotSpot, Sector - 9, Gurgaon
11. Residence at Dehradun (State of Uttrakhand)
12. Residence at Nahan (State of Himachal Pradesh)
13. Residence at Faridabad (State of Haryana)

Apart from Professional Practice, he was invited in an event organised by Google Inc. in HongKong for Trainer's Training on the subject of Google SketchUp Pro in the year of 2007. After his successful completion, he was awarded as Google Authorised Trainer. It is fortunate that he was awarded there as the '1st Google Auth. Trainer' for India.

Afterwards, he was later awarded as Google Auth. Trainer for Google Earth Pro as well.

A 'Centre for Exellence' was opened in 2006 which was a joint efforts by him and School of Planning & Architecture, Delhi for Indian Professional but later closed.

He has a great vision to introduce Advance & Affordable softwares to Indian Professionals. He wish that every professional must have broad mind for new software technology worldwide. He had introduced lots of software as Advance & Affordable namely as SketchUp, SU Podium, Intellicad, SU Animate, Vue, Open Office and Piranesi.

He said "3D Modeling is no more difficult & Realistic Rendering can be produced in few minutes" in 2005 when he saw 'SketchUp Pro & SU Podium' first time.

He is also teaching in Dept. of Urban Design at School of Planning & Architecture, Delhi.

Overall, he is a multi-talented personality with lots of innovative ideas and sincerity towards his profession.
